Nice article in Business Week about the size of Government

Countries like Nigeria are not as efficient as Rwanda. The money is siphoned off into the pockets of the elected officials and their cronies. I will trade an efficient one party system for a lumbering and mismanaged sham that calls itself a democracy. Rwanda boosts of effective healthcare delivery, lowered infant mortality rates and vaccination rates that are better than the US. Read more from business week.
